Prior to assuming his role as Partner at Brakket Group, Alexander served as an SAP Consultant at Tyconz, an SAP-certified consultancy firm that was acquired by Professional Services giant PwC.
Prior to that, he assumed the titles of Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Executive at both Fina Grejer and Rhubarb Media AB in Sweden.

Alexander built a diversified 9-year experience which led him to develop a career in Talent Acquisition and HR Advisory. Using the deep HR knowledge he gained from his years at Brakket Group, he captures the best-fit talent for our clients to help them grow exponentially.

Throughout his well-established career, he served a variety of clients in the FMCG and Technology industries and acquired valuable technical skills like ERP, Sales, and Project Management along the way. Alexander is a devoted supporter of principles like integrity, inclusion, and people empowerment which he constantly implements in his daily decision-making.

With a distinguished 14-year career, out of which 10 years as a Consultant, George has built extensive experience in leading unique Talent Acquisition challenges and advising clients on People & Business Strategies & Transformation, Organizational Structuring & Development, and Resource Management.

Prior to leading the Talent Acquisition & HR Consulting arm of Brakket Consult, he assumed the roles of Principal at Rasd, a leading Executive Search & Leadership Consulting firm.

Before that, he served as a Project Manager at NAPCO a leading manufacturing company in the MENA region. He also assumed the Lead Design Engineer position at ACE, a renowned construction consulting firm. George is a strong advocate for inclusion, gender equality, and diversity, both for the company’s employees and its clients.
