Client Relationship Manager

Reporting to: Brakket Exec’s Managing Partner

Role Summary: The primary focus of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop new and grow
existing customer relationships using sales techniques to deliver against specific, measurable
targets.

Duties:
• Drive prospecting & opportunity identification, cold calling, pitching, setting up client
meetings, and service demonstrations
• Perform research activities to identify the list of clients and generate leads in specific
industry sectors (Tech & FMCG) and geographical markets in the Middle East (starting with
Saudi Arabia, UAE & Qatar)
• Perform effective networking and relationship building activities with potential clients by
contacting decision makers including Members of the Board and/or C Suite Leadership
team
• Gain profound understanding of Brakket’s services and its culture, values, and processes.
• Formulate professional emails & presentations, document, and report findings, and assure
data management in compliance with the company business processes
• Engage with Managing Partner regularly to discuss sales activity levels, new results, future
meetings, pipeline, approaches to be successful, and technical/account management
support needed to assist in sale
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new
contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a service introduction
• Ensure that the CRM contact database is kept up to date and accurate reports are supplied
to monitor progress and improve performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus
• 2-4 years’ work experience in Sales/Tele-Sales for soft service business such as recruiting,
consulting, banking services, insurance, leading web/internet service providers, etc
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Good command of Computer Office, Online Tools, and Database Applications
• Persuasive verbal and written communication style
• Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies and solid understanding
of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies
